- Setting up of Financial Control function

- Ensuring integrity and completeness of financial records.

- Monthly review of the P&L, Balance Sheet and substantiation of balances.

- Presentation of monthly financials to senior stakeholders, reporting on Group Fixed Assets, Projects

- Management Reporting on key performance Indicators

- Month End reporting

- Preparation & Presentation for Board of Directors

- Financial planning and Analysis

- Budgeting and forecasting

- Communications with senior stakeholders and proactively managing their expectations

- Legal Entity Accounting & Reporting

- Cost Allocation

- Statutory and Management Audit

- Ensuring adherence to SoX & Internal controls, US, UK and Indian GAAP

- Compliance to SoX controls, Regulatory, SEZ and STPI requirements

Candidate Requirement :

- CA with 15+ years of experience from BPO Industry
