- Experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within the staffing and recruitment industry. Experience with financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting.

- Proven track record of success in developing and executing financial strategies to achieve commercial growth and profitability goals with a strong commercial finance mindset.

- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and motivate a India delivery team to success.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle crisis and mitigate risks

- Directing financial planning and strategy.

- Analyzing and reporting on financial performance.

- Overseeing audit and tax functions.

- Developing and implementing accounting policies.

- Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.

- Training accounting staff.

- Reviewing departmental budgets.

- Assessing, managing, and minimizing risk.

- Analyzing complex financial data.

- Managing internal controls.

- Finance Director Requirements:

- Degree in accounting or finance.

- Proficiency in accounting software.

- Financial management experience.

- Strong aptitude for math.
