About our Client - Our client is the largest Hotel chain in the world with a global footprint.

Job Description - You will lead a team of 60-80 finance professionals. You will be supervising the entire closing, reporting and taxation for multiple hotels of the Group. You will be responsible for taking over the existing function, aligning the operation with the strategy and driving efficiency in the department. You will be responsible for process improvements and will directly interact with the clients and the regional level

The Successful Candidate - You must be a qualified CA with 10-15 years of experience in the hotel industry. You should be experienced in handling end to end finance function independently. You should be currently managing a sizable team and willing to take up challenges. Any experience of setting up a finance function successfully will be considered an added advantage.You must be a self-driven, highly motivated and a committed individual.
