About the Client :

Our client is one the India's leading players having SaaS based solutions targeted towards restaurants. In their Enterprise business they have partnered with large strategic accounts and SMEs in India and Internationally.

Role :

The role is to manage the accounts teams and to build new business, solution selling of their product offering. The candidate would own the overall portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and drive engagement with the client sponsors.

The role is based out of Gurgaon and would be responsible for:

- Building and driving business through up-selling the product offering

- Driving KPIs through engagement with the client sponsors and building customer awareness

- Being the leader of the post-sales process, and working towards up-selling and renewals with the clients

- Achieving high sense of customer satisfaction and with focus on growing the accounts by being the trusted advisor to the engagement partners and sponsors

About the Candidate :

The candidate would report to the Founders of the company and should have/be:

- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales

- Strategic thinking and ability to manage senior stakeholders from the client's side

- Deep understanding of customer dynamics and an entrepreneurial approach to business

- Good experience in managing strategic/global accounts
