Key Deliverables:
1. Build and lead the sales function.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with the CMO/ CXO level of target clients.
3. Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and proposals.
4. Individually build a robust sales pipeline.
5. Hire, train and lead a team of high-performing individuals as the company grows.
6. Set up best in class sales processes and systems for the organization.
7. Work with internal team members to ensure successful onboarding for new clients.
8. Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the client.
9. Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
