Director - Enterprise Sales | Fintech for Offline Retail

They enable instant paperless EMI's to consumers and with regards to merchants, they support through scalable technology solutions and thus transforming their selling experience. Their vision is to aid consumers take their products home with affordability and convenience.
- Headquartered in Delhi, our client was founded by a team of two entrepreneurs who have excellent industry exposure and been funded by one of the leading business groups in India.
- As a Director- Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for driving C-level interactions across assigned accounts with the ability to navigate discussions to the closure.
What you will do:
- Developing and managing sales pipeline, prospecting and assessing sales and moving many opportunities simultaneously through the sales pipeline
- Identifying Key Decision Makers by performing research and using prospecting tools
- Accurate pipeline reporting and quarterly sales forecasting
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in business, marketing, and sales or related field of study
- 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience selling to $300+ Million Revenue companies in segments like Fashion & apparel, Consumer Appliances, Lifestyle, Wellness, and Services
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills, good executive presence
- Obsession with people and customer happiness
- Ability to analyze the customer needs and mapping them to the company's solution which addresses the needs is going to be extremely desirable
- Understanding of Fintech & lending domain across the country is a plus
- Quality-focused mindset
- A track record of being a closer and overachieving the sales quotas
