One of my Client is a fast-growing SaaS-based AI-driven Customer Support Automation & CRM Platform helping enterprises streamline customer engagement and elevate digital transformation. They empower businesses with omnichannel customer experience solutions, automation, and deep analytics to enhance operational efficiency.

As my client is continue to scale, they are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales & Strategy Director to drive revenue growth, lead strategic sales initiatives, and build long-term partnerships with large enterprises across key industries.

ROLE DETAILS:

1) Position : Enterprise Sales & Strategy

2) Grade- Director / Associate Director

3) Type of Role : IC

4) Location : Mumbai/ Bangalore & Even Gurgaon

5) Experience Range : 7 to 12 Years

6) Industry : SaaS | CRM | Technology Solutions

7) Function : Sales & Strategy | B2B Enterprise Growth

8) Skill Required : Channel Sales / Technology Sales/ Consultative Selling from SaaS based Companies/ AI Sales / Solution Selling

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Enterprise Sales Leadership: Own and drive end-to-end sales lifecycle management-from prospecting to closure, ensuring pipeline velocity and deal execution.

2) Consultative & Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor, deeply understanding customer pain points and act as a value-driven solution tailored to enterprise needs.

3) Technology & SaaS Sales: Leverage a strong understanding of B2B SaaS, Cloud-based CX solutions, and CRM platforms to build compelling value propositions for enterprises.

4) Channel & Partner Sales Strategy: Build and nurture strategic channel partnerships, alliances, and reseller networks to scale revenue and market penetration.

5) Sales GTM Execution: Define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to accelerate growth.

6) Revenue & P&L Ownership: Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and deal structuring to achieve high-impact business outcomes.

7) C-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Drive strategic discussions with CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers, influencing large-scale deals and enterprise account expansion.

8) Market Expansion & Competitive Intelligence: Identify new market opportunities, analyze competition, and refine positioning strategies for expansion in key verticals.
