The key responsibilities of the role are :

- Responsible for people management and team building

- Participating in strategic business and product planning process

- Managing multiple software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines.

- Recruiting, managing and owning the responsibility to develop a top class team.

- Being aware of new technologies and issues including platforms, standards and methodology

Profile :

- 10-15 years of industry experience

- 3+ years of experience managing and leading development teams.

- Self-initiative to take up responsibility and ownership of tasks and ensure end to end delivery and completion with the highest level of quality.

- Prior experience in developing products and solutions around Java, C++, Windows, Web Application, preferably in Enterprise Application space.

- Proven track record of leading application development and engineering for high growth companies.

- Excellent communication & leadership skills with a passion to solve real life problems.

- Good aptitude / logical thinking

- Strong people management and team building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate dependencies, and interact with other internal teams.

- An inspirational leader with a passion for solving real problems
