Job Description - As a Director of Engineering based out of Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts and team for the companies high traction - high visibility product.

Description :

As the Director of Engineering, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Building customer-centric products for the companies global clients

- Collaborating with product teams to deliver innovative solutions

- Building scalable, reusable products by leading efforts on front-end and back-end developments

- Hiring and mentoring junior members of the team

Profile ;

An ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

- 12+ years of Engineering experience with top-tier educational qualification

- Strong architectural, design and development skills specifically working on the MEAN/MERN stack

- Experience in Databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, Redis and Cloud Service Providers like AWS, Azure

- Project Management experience in Agile Software Development in a fast-paced start-up environment

- Experience working closely with Quality and Testing teams will be strongly preferred
