Job Description : As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to drive innovative product development with a focus on increased performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Description :

As a Director of Engineering, based out of Hyderabad and reporting to the CTO you will be responsible for :

- Closely work with the product team to transform the product road-map to engineering plan

- Convert high-level engineering plans into an agile sprint plan with accurate effort estimation ensuring smooth and timely delivery

- Manage a team of software engineers and technical leads from various disciplines

- Recruit and build high-performance teams

Profile :

The ideal candidate will have :

- Technically hands-on, prior experience with scalable Architecture managing team maintaining a hands-on role with code development

- Experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers

- Experience with web technologies: PHP, , NodeJs, JavaScript, NoSQL, etc.

- No stack preference, prejudice or biases - Should be open to work on, explore or move to any tech stack, to begin with, or in the future

- Experience with high-performance websites catering to millions of daily traffic is a plus
