Description:

- Lead a passionate, agile engineering team to deliver SaaS application features and improvements that are high quality, scalable, and secure.

- Drive the long-term technical strategy in various aspects of building scalable applications.

- Provide technical expertise throughout all phases of the development life-cycle to help drive the product road-map.

- Meet with customers to understand their requirements and facilitate their success.

- Collaborate across Engineering / Product / QA / Design to deliver features that satisfy customer's needs with simplicity, consistency, and robustness.

- Proactively identify ways to continually improve the quality of our products and the efficiency of our team.

- Hire and continuously grow top engineering talent.

- Strong emphasis on automation and data-driven engineering culture.

Profile :

- BE or B-Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 12+ years of combined experience in software development and management.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the cloud (AWS) and SaaS.

- 3+ years of experience managing and leading an engineering team of 25 or more people.

- Experience building and maintaining micro-services running on AWS.

- Familiarity and experience with both relational databases and NoSQL solutions.

- Bias for Action and excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment.

- Passion for institutionalizing best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, test-driven development.
