Director - Engineering - IT

- Develop and implement ideal model for product team organization structure and software development and rollout processes

- Provide direct input on every major feature built in Cael products

- Lead and oversee software engineers through design, implementation and rollout of new features

- Define, manage and execute product roadmaps and rollout timelines

- Work directly with engineering teams to implement and enhance product security, infrastructure and performance

- Nurture and develop a team of talented, dedicated and brilliant software engineers. You are the rock star they look up to

- Work directly with UI/UX engineers to ensure that the user experience is nothing short of spectacular

- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to continuously manage trade-offs between scope, resources and time during the development lifecycle

- Support customer implementation teams to provide technical subject matter and product expertise

- Participate in marketing activities designed to increase awareness and demand for the Cael suite of products

- Work directly with executive leadership to set product line strategy and identify new product investments
