Qualification - Only from Premiere Institute (IIT, NIET and Top Engineering college)

You should apply if:-

- You enjoy solving problems (and are good at it!)

- You are passionate about programming and delivering clean, test-covered, well-designed, scalable code

- You have a solid grasp on programming fundamentals including algorithms, lock-free data structures, networking fundamentals, NIO, advanced knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, lock-less architectures, etc

- You have advanced knowledge of any programming language - C/C++, Java, C#, Scala / Ruby / Python / JavaScript / Objective C

- You have advanced knowledge of datastores (RDBMS / NoSQL)

- Good knowledge of version control systems, build automation and CI tools and frameworks

- You have advanced knowledge of scalability concepts - sharding, replication etc

- You have outstanding people management and project delivery skills

- You have outstanding business acumen and product management skills

- You are not rigid with respect to choice of technology

- You are inherently curious, and take time out to keep up with industry trends

You will

- Build rich, dynamic mobile web apps that feel simply magical

- Develop features that solve real consumer problems

- Work closely on every part of the portal - front end, backend and analytics.

- Explore new technologies (message queues, NoSQL databases, event-based programming)

- Have fun!!

You should have

- 8-10 years of strong programming (Java on Linux preferred)

- Strong academic background and problem solving skills

- Ability to communicate and defend your ideas clearly

- A desire to build products that users love .
