Director of Engineering

The Director will Lead Product Development for Internal Systems and play an integral role in Healthcare Intelligence, leading a team of highly skilled team of professionals such as software engineers, principal architects, and user experience experts. Will be accountable for strengthening engineering capabilities in the region .

Key Responsibilites:

- To establish best-in-class engineering capability in partnership with leaders from across immediate workgroup and other teams.

- Drive a cohesive product / solution portfolio and ROI based prioritization.

- Develop a prioritized multi-year roadmap to achieve the aspirational future state and desired maturity for the capability.

- Bring in innovative mindset & stay well aligned with Industry trends

- Drive delivery excellence; be accountable for higher productivity and efficiency

- Define and implement policies, processes, and procedures aligned with healthcare needs

- Participate in strategic planning and development in conjunction with other senior leaders.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

- Bachelors/ Masters in STEM / Healthcare areas of specialization

- 12 + Years of hands-on experience in the Engineering

- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing Engineering teams- hiring, building and managing.

- Maturity to handle regional and global stakeholders across the hierarchy

- Ability to build complex models and analyses, handling large data sets

- Experience in incubating, creating and successfully executing strategic plans with an ability to interact, influence and communicate at all levels of an organization.

- Detail oriented leader with a project management mindset with the ability to see the big picture and think strategically combined with a deep understanding of day-to-day operations.
