Job Description :

- Create the vision for and build technical capabilities that are leveraged across business lines.

- Own all phases of the development lifecycle from gathering business requirements, design and modeling, development, deployment, and support.

Client Details : Our Client is an e-commerce enablement company focused predominantly on solving crucial e-commerce issues like boosting conversion rates across the e-commerce funnel and reducing RTO for our partners.

Key responsibilities of the role are :

- Building Team & Culture: Building a customer obsessed team which is technically fearless and keen to innovate on behalf of customers. Hiring and developing the best and instill mechanisms to drive a day 1 culture indexing on customer obsession, invention and ownership.

- Delivering Merchant Impact: Grow engagement among small and large businesses. Empower merchants with self-service tools to manage payments/checkout, create digital journeys, attract customers, and manage their businesses.

- Creating Technology Leverage: Build modular technology services architecture and simplify technology footprint across diverse set of products to create leverage and accelerate time to market.

- Working on design and architecture of complex multi cloud SAAS products and accelerators involving Cloud(AWS,GCP), Kubernetes, microservices and containers

- Leaning into the Future: Pioneer new ideas such with regards to payments & checkout experiences. Look around corners and identify inorganic growth opportunities.

Profile :

- Good academic record and graduated (B.E/ B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech/ MBA)

- 10+ years of experience in various elements of full stack - front end, back end, data and insights. Including designing, implementing and successfully delivering scalable, secure Microservices based cloud applications.

- Experience in the Payments/Checkout/Science domain will be a huge positive.

- Experience in machine learning

- Experience in large-scale distributed systems

- Experience in building new large-scale programs ground-up in startup mode

- Technical leadership in design, implementation and support of core database services that are highly reliable, flexible, and scalable.

- Extremely strong technical background with the capability of being hands-on if required and earn the respect and ability to mentor top individual technical talent.

- Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner.
