This is a high profile, high impact opportunity to directly influence the direction of the organisation, one of the fastest growing companies named by Inc 500. This individual will report directly to the COO and will have direct relationships with the US account management team and US based clients.
He/she will work in building and driving cross functional teams made up of digital marketing solutions (SEO, paid search, display, channel attribution, etc.), analytic, and technology teams to achieve client goals.
This role is responsible for project success and consistent client satisfaction across the organization. The person will play the role of a chief problem solver/strategist across various accounts. In addition, he/she will help engagement and delivery teams in planning, monitoring and reporting, quality and risk management, problem and change management, etc. The individual will partner with account teams and clients conceptualizing, planning and implementing on-line/digital marketing strategies and facilitate execution.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Partner with account management teams to develop digital marketing solution strategy spanning across - Web Analytic, SEM, SEO, Display, Affiliate networks, Social media marketing, site experience optimization (MVT/A-B Testing)
- Program Management: End to end project management throughout the project life-cycle - strategy, planning, kick-off, implementation, progress and post mortem
- Communication: Manage communication with the client, account management and delivery/solution teams on a regular basis to ensure the health of the relationship and project goal progress
Desired Skills:
- Ability to think strategically to impact business outcomes and create strategic roadmap
- 10 years of experience in marketing, strategy or business consulting roles, a mix is preferred
- 5+ years of experience in on-line marketing is preferred
- Strong leadership, entrepreneurial and execution skills
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, numerical skills
- Extremely strong intellectual curiosity
- Willingness to travel to client locations for business meetings if required
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising from Tier 1 institution
