Our mission is to facilitate a million hires through our AI-based TaPTaP platform aiding students from tier-2 and tier-3 cities and students from rural backgrounds.
Blackbuck is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director to lead the development and implementation of our innovative Employability Assessment program. This program provides a standardized score that measures job readiness and helps students showcase their potential to employers. You will play a pivotal role in establishing the assessment's authenticity, industry acceptance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Authenticity & Accreditation:
- Lead the initiative to establish the Blackbuck Employability Assessment as a credible and reliable measure of job readiness.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy to secure government recognition and collaboration to enhance the score's authenticity.
- Work with industry experts and academic institutions to ensure the assessment reflects real-world job requirements.
Industry Acceptance:
- Spearhead efforts to promote the Blackbuck Employability Assessment to potential employers across various industries.
- Develop and execute outreach programs to educate employers about the score's value in talent acquisition.
- Build strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to ensure widespread acceptance of the assessment.
Assessment Improvement:
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the assessment methodology.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maintain the assessment's relevance and accuracy.
- Conduct research and analysis to refine the assessment format and content.
Test Center Management:
- Oversee the selection and designation of test centers across India.
- Implement robust proctoring procedures to ensure the integrity of the assessment process.
- Develop and maintain quality standards for test center administration.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead a team of professionals responsible for assessment operations and administration.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and innovation.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across various departments (Marketing, Sales, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient at Management by The Numbers
- Degree in Education, Assessment & Evaluation, Business Administration, or a related field
- Understanding of psychometrics and assessment design principles is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience in building partnerships with government agencies, educational institutions, and industry leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for education and a commitment to developing the next generation of workforce
