Director - Direct Tax - CA - Big4

Main job responsibilities :

- Quality and timely execution of all the Corporate Tax assignments;

- Strengthen the technical base of the practice;

- Mentor and Develop Team members;

- Business Development.

Candidate qualification & experience :

Qualified Chartered Accountant

- At least 10+ years of post-qualification experience

- Candidates currently working in Tax domain (Direct Tax) in Big 4 Consulting Firms or other Reputed Consulting Firms could apply

- Candidates currently working in Industry but with recent prior relevant exposure with reputed consulting firms could also apply

Essentials Skills :

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

- Expert technical knowledge in terms of understanding legislation.

- Practical knowledge associated with administration of the regulations of Direct Tax.

- Ability to research and interpret tax law

- Business Development skills

- Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
