Typical Accountabilities:
- Lead and deliver a best-in-class global Digital Trust architecture that aligns with Company brand attributes, focusing on inclusivity and privacy enhancement.
- Enhance scientific workforce productivity by facilitating secure global access to data, applications, and collaborative tools while maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
- Ensure secure and consistent user experiences across regulated and non-regulated environments.
- Develop and own the Company Digital Trust technology roadmap to enable business capabilities.
- Deploy and sustain cybersecurity capabilities and Digital Trust solutions.
- Prepare and defend the annual cybersecurity Digital Trust budget.
- Organize and facilitate innovative Digital Trust solutions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate and security policies, procedures, and practices.
- Conduct engineering studies and market surveys to recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Support the creation of standard methodology risk dashboards and cybersecurity metrics.
- Actively participate in the cybersecurity leadership team and contribute to cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
- Lead or participate in global cybersecurity steering groups with IT leadership and other business units.
- Drive Digital Trust control implementation and maturity in cloud environments, SaaS applications, manufacturing OT/IOT, and data protection initiatives.
- Coach the team for dedication and create a supportive working environment.
Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
Essential:
- In-depth knowledge of authentication protocols, access technology, and identity segmentation for Zero Trust and Secure Access Service Edge architectures.
- 10+ years of IT and/or security experience, with 5+ years in an Identity and Access Management leadership role.
- Experience in program budgeting, planning, and delivery.
- Expertise in performance and operations metrics.
- Familiarity with ISO and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
- Significant understanding of cyber security operations and incident response.
- Deep knowledge of information security technologies and networking.
- Understanding of procurement processes and IT change management.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
- Global perspective on privacy, security, and data protection.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with regulated industries, especially Pharma compliance.
- Advanced program management skills.
- Experience in IT service desk coordination.
- Translating penetration testing outputs into risk reduction projects.
- Relevant technical degree or certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.).
- Experience across different industries and sectors.
