- Recruit & develop and retain world class talent to ensure that the Information Ops & Tech teams can scale up (both on Shore and Offshore) given that the creation of a unified and World-Class Information Business is key to enable delivery of the strategy and vision to be-- The Go to org

- Accountable for establishing and operating excellent systems and processes under job holders control, ensuring highly effective oversight of daily management of operations running costs and cost center management, including allocation and use of financial discretions within team, with transparency at the core of engagement

- Create and maintain an engaged culture within the Information Ops & Tech teams that align with a high performing team

- Exhibit excellent leadership skills, exceptional levels of emotional intelligence that enable highly effective trusting working relationships with colleagues, direct reports, and team members, leading by example.

- To lead, coach, mentor, motivate and develop your team to ensure objectives are achieved.

- Accountable for management of staff performance and development and promotion of individuals aligned to a high performing team.

- Deliver advanced coaching to directs, team members as appropriate to ensure the team has the knowledge and awareness of regulatory, industry and process requirements
