REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- You bring a proven track record of at least 5 years in product marketing, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads Data Hub, Snapchat, Spotify, and Programmatic Advertising platforms like The Trade Desk and DV 360.
- Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Data Clean Rooms, First Party Data enhancement tools, and techniques.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analysing data to derive actionable insights, track KPIs, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Process Optimization: Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is a plus.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure successful campaign execution within deadlines.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams. Ability to lead, inspire, and influence team members to achieve common goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various digital marketing tools, software, and platforms, including advertising platforms, marketing automation software, and CMS systems.
- Effective Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively. You can communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
