Director - Digital Product Management - User Content Creation

- As a Director - Digital Product Management, you will be accountable for leading product strategy, management and optimization of company's UGC (User Generated Content) products that focus on account acquisitions and digital self-help through the product development life cycle.
- You will employ a customer centric approach and lead a cross-discipline (product-tech-design) team through the development of new features and functions of the UGC products. The successful candidate will be able to leverage user and market research, industry best practices and design thinking methodologies to inform the UCG product roadmaps.
The ideal candidate for this role is exceptionally imaginative, collaborative, and truly excited about translating customer needs into user-generated experiences. You- re customer focused and know how to deliver exceptional experiences for customers.

Responsibilities :
- You will help lead a team focused on increasing community interaction and success. That will take the form of launching completely new community-driven content areas, focusing on user interactions, thinking about re-engagement, and so much more.
- Drive the product road-map and priorities of company's community-focused features
- Start from scratch and create whole new community-driven areas of the company product suite.
- Partner with design to deliver elegant and innovative user experience improvements
- Looks for cross-product learnings and opportunities for collaboration, integrate product into new business and use cases. Takes idea and is able to articulate business case
- Influences insight development and measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs), leads KPI development and meetings.
- Prioritize, run, and analyze A/B tests to deliver on key business metrics
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or MBA from a top tier institute strongly preferred ( such as BITs / NITs / IITs / IIMs etc. )
- Minimum 9 years of experience, out of which at least 4 years of E-Commerce product management experience.
- Experience managing end-to-end product design and development process in agile environment.
- Proven ability to drive business and usage metrics, experience with using data to illuminate issues, confirm assumptions and measure success
- Familiarity with growth and optimization strategies for heavily-trafficked websites
- Demonstration of strengths across all the product management basics (consumer thinking/research, wireframing, prioritization, stories, etc)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Passion for technology and its ability to change people's lives
