Director - Digital Marketing, Residential Advisory Services
About the role :
We are looking for a seasoned marketer to build the Homes brand and business online. The ideal candidate understands how to use paid and owned media channels to drive significant, measurable results. The Director is a key contributor working directly with executive leadership to own acquisition efforts and rapidly increase reach, engagement, revenue, and retention of our residential property marketing business online.
Responsibilities :
- In this role you will be responsible for planning performance marketing campaigns to acquire new D2C customers through website, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- You will collaborate with key partners across our company including sales, strategy, operations, research, and analytics to develop plans to deliver marketing and revenue outcomes
- Develop precise segmentation and targeting protocol, creative direction, and positioning
- Manage performance marketing partners, budgets, timelines, outcomes, and ROI
- Develop SEO leadership, web traffic engagement and conversion optimisation strategies
- Manage and develop the digital product inventory, CRM database and the website CMS
- Map, measure and automate the customer journey from acquisition to sale for continuous improvement of the business process and sales lifecycle
- Build the nurture and lead capture program across the funnel
- Review design direction to support creative positioning and sales narrative
- Develop innovative launch, platform, and property marketing campaigns online
- Establish strong relationships cross-functionally across marketing, sales, operations, and technology to drive business results
- Continuously optimize our acquisition funnel and product onboarding, through rigorous experimentation and testing to grow customer acquisition and conversion efficiency
- Build systems for forecasting, measuring, and reporting on the performance of campaigns
- Monitor industry and competitors to develop a best-in-class customer experience and identify trends
- Establish comprehensive quality control standards
- Maintain influential knowledge of real estate, design, and media trends
- Evaluate and develop new digital marketing channels
Sounds like you? To apply you need to have :
- 8-10 years' experience marketing to D2C customers on digital, experience in real estate preferable
- Expert understanding of media growth strategies, A/B and multi-variate testing, customer journey mapping
- Mar-tech expertise with Google Ads, Search Console, Programmatic (PPC / SEO / SEM tools), Facebook, Instagram, Native Networks, Google / Adobe Analytics, Drupal / Sitefinity / AEM (CMS), SalesForce / Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), WhatsApp for Business / Drift (Chat), Eloqua / HubSpot / Marketo (Automation), Database enrichment (CDP), Conversion Optimization and Personalization Tools.
