- As a Director, Performance Marketing you will be responsible for demand generation through Our Clients digital marketing efforts that involve organic, paid digital, paid social, ABM etc.
- Youll lead a team of digital marketers and agencies that help us with these efforts. You will act as our in-house performance marketing thought leader and will leverage your experience and intuition to help navigate the performance marketing landscape and win
What you will do:
- Build and scale Global Digital Marketing Demand Center
- Own the development and implementation of organic, paid marketing, paid social, ABM strategy; presenting results to senior management
- Design and implement models which predict ad performance (ROI)
- Deploy, monitor, and iterate campaigns flighted on the major networks
- You will be responsible for content distribution, lead acquisition and conversion through digital channels
- Deliver Performance Marketing Goals
1 - Plan all web, SEO/SEM, ABM and Paid Social ICP targeted campaigns
2 - Execute - across all avenues
3 - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
4 - Optimize - Own end-to-end email marketing and optimize campaigns to support funnel conversions
What are we looking for?
Must have:
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
- 10-12 years of experience in Digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, Paid Digital, Paid Social, ABM and website analytics
- Experience of leading performance marketing teams for B2B SaaS companies (min. 2 years)
- Experience of planning and executing global performance marketing campaigns (min. 2 years)
- Functional: Team Management, Regular reporting with analysis, new initiatives, paid traffic performance (min. 3 years)
- Behavioral: Cross team collaboration, internal & external communication, problem solving
