Job Description

The Digital Marketing Director will develop and steer marketing campaigns across all digital media channels (Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation, Google Display Network, Display Advertising, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing, Remarketing, Email Marketing) in the region that relate to bhane’s products in an effort to convert a browser to a buyer. By thoroughly understanding bhane’s initiatives and goals, he/she is expected to produce, deliver and optimise highly effective campaigns that have a direct and measurable effect on sales and profit figures. The Digital Marketing Director will work closely with bhane’s Managing Director, Brand Manager, PR Manager, Offline Marketing Director and the Content team to provide suggestions for improving and tracking the strategy.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Defines and implements the Digital Marketing strategy in line with the overall business strategy to ensure the growth and profitability across all digital marketing channels

- Provides leadership, motivation, performance management and mentoring to team to maximise the results of the above channels; reports team members’ performance back into Digital Marketing Director

- Liaises with other department heads such as buying, content, IT to drive overarching business strategy

- Guide and mentor the Digital Marketing team to produce, deliver and optimise highly effective campaigns that are proven to have a direct and measurable impact on sales and profit figures.
