Director - Digital Marketing

What you will be doing :

- Delivering higher and better-quality lead flow to our sales teams through SEO, CRO, social media, Paid Ads, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. You will have complete and sole ownership of our digital marketing efforts - from strategy to execution.

You are a good fit for this role if you are :

- An SEO expert. You already are an expert and thought leader in the SEO space. You have strong opinions on how SEO will evolve in the age of GPT.

- A team builder. You have experience building high-performing digital marketing teams that continue to deliver stellar results even in your absence.

- Data-driven. You constantly A/B test in any marketing channel to arrive at a strategy before scaling. You use data to identify what went wrong and where and proactively fix issues.

- Open-minded. You don't care where or how good ideas come from, as long as those ideas propel you closer to your goal.

- Detail-oriented. You get particular about details yet trust your team enough to not micromanage them.

- Collaborative. Colleagues and other stakeholders you work with would say you are easy to work with.
