We are looking for an experienced Director - Digital Marketing to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision.
Role:
As Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the organization's digital marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the chief executive officer, the primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product/services marketing, marketing communications,
The goal is to ensure the company's digital marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform the competition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop robust marketing capabilities (e.g. Technology fluency, digital expertise, customer data and insights, data analytics, etc.) to help Company compete.
- Determine how and where the company should be positioned in the future, develop the strategy to drive the organization to that future market position; and execute on that strategy.
- Define marketing strategies to support Company's overall talent attraction & retention strategies and to support the company's overall strategies and objectives
- Act as both architect and steward for Company by creating and telling Company stories and inviting customers to participate in the narrative by creating strong customer loyalty.
- Align Company around customer-centricity. Utilize data insights and analytics to deliver superior personalized customer experiences and measurable business results.
- Partner with the CEO on all marketing and strategic issues as they arise; provide strategic recommendations to the CEO based on marketing analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
Requirements
- Total 8-10 years' experience inclusive of B2B marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate customer advocacy
- Experience with digital strategies for pipeline building
- Proven track record of LinkedIn Sales Navigator + targeted advertising
- Ability to glean insights from data analysis tools
- Graduate with a Master's in Business Administration, marketing, communications, or relevant field.
