Role:

Title: Director - Digital Literacy & Livelihood Initiatives

Location: Noida

Reports to: CEO

Overview:

The Director - Digital Literacy & Livelihood Initiatives will work very closely with the digital literacy and women entrepreneurship team. The individual will play a strategic role in growing the verticals on to the next level. Who can drive our mission to the next level by engaging in various collaborations with government authorities, forming strategic partnerships, and representing the organization at various forums.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Initiatives:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to scale the existing programs under digital literacy and livelihood initiatives.

- Lead the growth and expansion of the verticals, in order to achieve organisational goal of impacting lives of marginalised communities through use of technology.

- Anticipate future trends and needs in digital literacy and rural initiatives to stay ahead of the curve. Envision the verticals beyond day to day operations.

2. Monitoring and Evaluation:

o Oversee and strengthen all monitoring processes related to digital literacy and livelihood programs.

- Ensure the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement in

- Establish robust frameworks to measure the impact and outcomes of initiatives.

3. Collaborations

a) Government Engagement:

- Act as the liaison with government to advance digital literacy and livelihood initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.

- Leverage government partnerships to scale programs effectively.

b) Institutional Partnerships

- For institutional partnerships: develop ideas and strategy to secure institutional funding and support.

- Identify, pursue, and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and educational institutions.

- Foster collaborations that enhance the reach and impact of digital literacy and livelihood programs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

4. Thought Leadership:

- Represent Nasscom Foundation at various forums, conferences, and events.

- Advocate for digital literacy and livelihood issues, sharing insights and influencing policy and practice.

- Enhance the visibility and establish Nasscom Foundation as the Thought Leadership in the sector.

5. Proposal:

- Oversee the development of proposals for funding and partnership opportunities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data to support proposal content.

- Ensure proposals are aligned with organizational strategic goals and effectively communicate the impact and importance of initiatives.

- Review and refine proposals to meet the standards and expectations of potential
