A leading asset management company in Bangalore is looking for a suitable candidate for the role of a Director-digital media analytics team.
As a director your core responsibilities include:
- Measuring and optimizing the performance of paid and owned media channels.
- Partner with marketing business stakeholders, the media agency, and technology to design and measure experiments, report on key metrics to demonstrate how media channels are driving customer and business value.
- Create executive level presentations that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve results.
- To help improve the value driven through paid and owned media by generating performance insights and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that deliver incremental business value.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Specific experience with digital AdTech ecosystem, digital analytics, including hands-on experience with tools such as Google Adwords, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager.
- Proficiency in working with customer data at large scale
- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships
- Manage a team of analysts and enhance the analytical rigor of the team.
- To partner with business stakeholders to optimize existing marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities to improve the value that marketing drives for the business
- Have a strong understanding of best practices in testing, targeting, and optimization
