Job Description :

1. Senior most person in the founding team with ability to identify new opportunities and create an experience beyond the app starting in retail and other domains

2. Design & Research will be the foundation for this role and will foresee future for next 10-15 months from a design thinking and customer journey standpoint

Description :

1. He/she/they will set up and lead a multidisciplinary team of design ethnographers, user researchers, behavioural science specialists, service design specialists, product designers, prototyping specialists and more that will work on complex and interesting service & system design problems

2. Senior most person in the founding team with ability to identify new opportunities and create an experience beyond the app starting in retail and other domains

3. Design & Research will be the foundation for this role and will foresee future for next 10-15 months from a design thinking and customer journey standpoint

4. Ultimately build the service design practice with a founding team; should come with a blend of service design, Research & Strategy and ethnography understanding

5. Flair of solving critical, complex problems via innovative design strategies and thinking

6. Hiring and building a team of design researchers & ethnographers, service designers, product designers,

UX designers, etc

Profile :

1. Should come with a blend of service design, Research & Strategy and ethnography understanding

2. Must have strong stakeholder management & leadership experience as the person will be working very closely with internal stakeholders to understand the requirement and will be a critical part of this role

3. Comes with a passion to design to solve problems, focus on design research, user centricity & innovation while being a part of a full stack design environment.
