Director - Delivery Head - Low Code/No Code

- 16+ years of industry experience with focus on technology role

- 7 - 10 years of leadership and people management experience

- Expert in managing Onshore-Offshore based delivery models for at least 8+ yrs

- Excellent communication skills

- Oral and written English proficiency required

- Superlative stakeholder management skills

- Deep-expertise in building, managing and retaining large technology and agile competencies

- Strong Experience with Agile Delivery methodologies

- Large-scale delivery experience by managing stakeholders across shores with distributed agile teams

- Broad knowledge of designing and developing web applications using low code technology stack and possessing strong programming skills on areas viz Low code App Development , RPA, Data Analytics, Low code Data visualization etc.

- Strong understanding and application of OOPs, software & web development & design patterns; and best practices.

- Experience not only solving but also avoiding performance issues
