Role : Director Decision Science

Technical Need : 12-18+ years exp - This is a Business Analytics & Technology combination role.

- Should be ready to play a hands on Technical role.

- Candidate must have experience in Big Data ecosystem eg- Hadoop, Scala, No-Sql etc apart from being a leader in Business Analytics eg- Marketing, Financial Analytics.

- 5+ years of experience in analytic application/solution development.

- Refers to the implementation of repeatable analytic solutions which encompass all phases of the software development cycle beyond model development.

- 3 years use of R, SAS Enterprise Miner or SPSS Clementine for data mining and statistical analysis

Education Qualification :

- Min 12-18+ years of professional experience and a Master of Arts/ Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study without a Master's degree,

Responsibility :

- Acts as a key advisor to senior management on the development of overall policies and long-term goals of the organization.

- Manage the delivery of high-quality, innovative Analytic Solutions and provide expertise to the Regional Analytics and Data Management Practices.

- Must excel at connecting business requirements to data mining objectives and to measurable business benefit.
