Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Director / Vice President to lead Debt Syndication transactions within our Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in debt syndication, structured finance, project finance, and fund-raising, with a proven ability to originate, structure, and execute complex debt transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute DCM transactions, including syndicated debt, project finance, structured finance, and acquisition/bridge finance.

- Build and manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

- Conduct credit analysis, financial modeling, and due diligence on debt deals.

- Mentor and lead junior team members.

- Stay updated on market trends and provide strategic insights to clients.

Key Requirements:

- 14+ years of experience in Debt Syndication, Fund Raising, and DCM transactions.

- Strong knowledge of Indian debt markets and regulatory environment.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

- MBA or relevant professional qualification (CFA, FRM) is a plus.
