Director - Debt Raising - Bank

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Debt Raising, based in Mumbai.

As a key member of our leadership, you will play a pivotal role in executing our ambitious plan, aiming to raise approximately 750cr this year. Your primary responsibilities include:

- Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with Large Lenders and Executives in the financial sector.

- Strategic Leadership: Take charge and lead the entire debt-raising plan, ensuring successful execution and achievement of targets.

- Executive Engagement: Pull in CEOs and Executives into discussions, demonstrating your ability to influence and negotiate at the highest levels.

- CXO-1 Relationships: Manage CXO-1 relationships, fostering trust and collaboration with key decision-makers.

- Budget Management: Responsible for the budget allocation and utilization related to debt-raising activities.

Requirements :

- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in debt raising.

- Proven track record of successfully raising debt from various financial institutions.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to navigate complex negotiations.

- Exposure to digital lending is advantageous.
