Client : A Leading telecom consulting firm.

Location : Chennai

Experience : 12+ years

Roles and Responsibility:

Skills:

- Sound knowledge and experience in Development & Testing of Datacom (i.e. from any IEEE, Ethernet, switches ,routing, TCP/IP, IPSec, ipv4, ipv6, CDP,DCAP,LLDP,STP,VTP,L2F,L2TP, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, RIP, ATM etc).

- Experience in L2/L3 protocols with TCL /PER

Primary Skills required

- Possess excellent leadership skills

- Understands market needs, competition and partner products

- Thorough understanding of software architectures and development methodologies

- Responsible for having strong understanding of customer needs and establish operational standards to exceed customer satisfaction, as well as posses the ability to translate marketing requirements into detailed design and development plans

Secondary Skills required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experienced in all aspects of staff management including staff appraisals /performance reviews.

- Excellent Interpersonal and people management skills
