The company is into screening solution building using AI and ML to further improve the diagnosis efficiency in the Health care space.

Description

- Lead a team of data scientists to idea-ting, creating and researching or leveraging the state-of-the-art algorithms

- Collaborate and work in tandem with the Medical team, Platform Engineering and Robotics teams.

- Provide technical guidance

- Develop the understanding of the domain we are building our product in.

- Long term planning to remain at the edge of technology.

- Growing the team by aligning with the product road map.

- Participate in the product discussions and to define the scope of the products.

- Evaluate and pick the best algorithms available to build a solution for various products.

- Design and build the right tools to streamline the releases.

- Build the culture of maintaining a strong focus on the creation of intellectual property and publications in reputed journals/conferences.

Profile

- Experience in leading data-scientists team.

- Prior work experience in a start up is a strong plus.

- 12+ years of relevant experience in solving problems using machine learning or computer vision.

- Master's degree or PhD in computer science/related fields.

- Hands on experience along with a strong understanding of foundation algorithms in either ML, computer vision or AI.

- Be an innovative and creative thinker, not afraid to try something new and inspire others to do so.

- Have prior experience in solving complex real-world problems at scale via ML, computer vision or AI
