Experience : 8- 12+ years

Job Description :

- Have 12-15 years of experience in software Product Design and management

- BE + MBA (IIT / IIM/ ISB) will definitely help.

- Prior Experience in product organization.

- Guide and lead a team of analysts and product managers in design and development of the core technology stack Client data extraction and organization.

Version 1 :

Job Responsibilities :

- Developing product requirements and roadmaps.

- Leading product managers/Business analyst and coordinating with engineering, marketing and other teams.

- Incorporating feedback and input from customers, partners and in-house teams on product strategy and finding ways to expand product market reach.

- Guiding and mentoring Product managers and Business analyst on Design workflows.

- Identify business gaps in our current workflow and guide improvements.

- Data driven Analysis and Machine learning Algorithms for data quality.

- Guide development of algorithms and automation logic for data extraction.

- Contribute and own methodology enhancements and Taxonomy based data computation on huge numerical dataset.

- Ability to understand data and contributing in data driven Statics Analysis and Machine Learning Algorithms for data quality.

- Analyse data, design approach and algorithms and work with engineers to automate data extraction logic.

- Ability to do data analysis for automation and workflow design for process improvement.

(Engineering & Operations)

- Role is focused on Innovation and research, with minimal external facing responsibilities.
