About our Client: Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking individuals who can lead the enterprise Digital Data Analytics team supporting all online platforms including servicing, acquisition, marketing, and mobile.

Job Description: Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, you will be responsible for :

- Leading the enterprise Digital Data Analytics team supporting all online platforms including servicing, acquisition, marketing, and mobile.

- Ensuring appropriate capture of digital data sources, creating tools and metrics to share across the enterprise, leading customer segmentation efforts and development of predictive models, and driving insights for value generation

- Creating leading-edge analysis that uncover opportunities for improvement in website experience and ROI

- Reporting on data analysis activities to customer entities, incorporating novel reporting and data visualization techniques

- Streamline the data mining process to create highly accurate predictive and descriptive models based on large volumes of data

The Successful Candidate: The Successful Applicant would require:

- B.E / B. Tech/ BCA/ MCA / M.E / M.Tech / M. SC / MBA from a premier institute

- Minimum Experience : 9 years

- Maximum Experience : 12 years
