CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Degree in business, or technical studies
- 15+ years of successful data center solution sales experience
- Understanding of the data center architectures, products, solutions & technology
- Solid knowledge about data center technologies
- Background in B2B sales and product marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Customer-orientated personality and goal focused character
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and strong presentation skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Growing and fostering client engagement within data centre environment in India region
- Setting up ETO Solution business for Data Centres
- Achieving sales targets by sourcing and growing a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Analyze customer's requirements and functional needs
- Work closely with the technical teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirement.
- Actively participate in Data Center conferences and industry events
- Collaborate with marketing team to formulate an optimal marketing strategy
- Drive strategy and growth initiatives. Build competent team
- Travel: - 60%
- Participate in the development of the relevant business plan in alignment with senior management.
- Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for generating and evaluating new leads and initiating contact.
- Collaborate with the Regional Data Center Business Development sales and Regional Sales team-members, required to retain existing and win new business
