Job Description:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned professional to join us as a Cybersecurity Director based in Chennai. This role demands expertise in cybersecurity, especially in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a focus on nurturing Zero Trust and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architectures. As the Digital Trust Director, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the security, integrity, and resilience of our digital assets.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategies for authentication protocols, access technology, and identity segmentation to establish robust Zero Trust and SASE architectures.
- Lead and oversee Identity and Access Management initiatives, with a keen eye on program budgeting, planning, and delivery.
- Establish and uphold performance and operations metrics to gauge the effectiveness of security measures.
- Implement and manage ISO and NIST cybersecurity frameworks to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Take charge of incident response efforts, tackling identity exploits and lateral movement within the network.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes and effectively manage IT change.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection.
Requirements:
Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology and/or security roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong proficiency in cybersecurity operations, networking, and network architecture.
- Proven track record in managing program budgets and delivering projects within specified parameters.
- Familiarity with ISO and NIST cybersecurity frameworks.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in regulated industries, especially in Pharma compliance and change management.
- Advanced program management skills.
- Familiarity with IT service desk coordination and penetration testing.
- Experience working across diverse industries and sectors.
Skills and Capabilities:
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Cross-cultural leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a global organizational setup
