The objective of the role is to bring a Customer Success Director who will be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
Description :
Reporting to the founder, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
- Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers.
- Mediate between clients and the organization.
- Minimize customer churn.
Profile :
You will have 8-12 years of experience with an MBA from TOP 5 B-SCHOOLS ONLY. Experience selling High-end Technology Products/ Services is a must-have. SaaS sales background is a must-have.
