- We are handling an exciting leadership role for Director Customer Success & Growth for a leading Start up which helps large enterprise customers create immersive and interactive shopping experiences for their end consumers.

They are looking for someone as an Director Customer Success & Growth to be based at Bangalore.
- Someone with strong experience in Customer Advocacy, Upsell and cross sell drive management, Retention, Customer Onboarding, experience of customer management / account management of enterprise scale customers based in US Market.
- Prior experience of SaaS based technology companies are required.
- Strong relationship building experience. Customer focused approached and long term approach.
- Managing end to end customer journey right from Onboarding to retention.
- Strong relationship building experience are preferred.
- Expertise of managing accounts from US is mandatory.
- Global Stakeholder management and customer centric approach.
- Drive onboarding & long-term support for SaaS based software, develop programs and strategies to drive customer adoption, enhance customer retention and drive upsells, devise effective processes and build systems to measure & monitor KPI's.
- Managing critical escalations, conducting business reviews, securing high level of customer satisfaction, enable cross-functional collaboration, adapt to new circumstances and learn quickly on facing problems and challenges.
- Handling enterprise customers from US market is must.
- It would be an IC role.
