The client is a financial services firm and is leading global credit card issuer, serving corporate and retail clients globally.
About the role:
As a Director within the Global Customer Services group, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of over 150 customer service executives handling inbound voice calls, catering to various client disputes for a global client base
- Resolving client disputes in an efficient and smooth manner
- Ensuring smooth client on-boarding
- Liaise with senior stakeholders in the firm at a global level
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must fulfill the below requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in customer services through inbound/outbound voice channels
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in servicing a global client base, particularly US markets
- Exceptional leadership skills working in a fast paced, challenging environment
- Willingness to work in late shifts based on business requirements
