Job Description - As a Customer Service Excellence Director, Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain MNC, Mumbai Suburban
- Being part of the PMO Customer Service Cluster that defines the future of Customer Service systems to improve customer experience. Has the functional reporting line for related CS Product team
- Product Owner for one of our Customer Service Processes: Documentation, Customs, Invoice & Dispute, Import
- Aligns with and coordinates between products on strategic direction with overall company objectives
- Supports and mentors its project team for a successful product development for process and system design around your customer service process
- Sets jointly with PMO and product team priorities for quarterly heartbeat planning based on the overall vision and goals
- Reports progress and request support from PMO if needed
- Challenge, coach and develop related Customer Service product team and teams to drive a successful FIS3 transformation
- 7-10 years of commercial experience in Customer Service, preferably in Documentation and Customs
- Project Management experience as Product Owner, preferably certified SCRM Product Owner
- Structured and analytic work approach with high quality
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to build connections, credibility and exert influence with key stakeholders at all levels in HQ as well as across Regions and Areas
