Your Role:
- We are looking for a Customer Experience Director who can design every single interaction with the customers as he/she understands that even the minutest of the interaction with the customer is an opportunity to create a remarkable opportunity. Somebody who can make the journey from the parking lot to store, trolley, format, ease of shopping & billing and back to the car park worthwhile.
- Your role would revolve around defining the customer experience strategy and direction using comprehensive customer insight; Leading and influencing cross company collaboration to ensure a holistic experience across spectrum of disciplines; providing thought leadership and insight to drive improvement creating a truly differentiated experience; ensuring alignment to Group Customer Experience principles across the end to end customer journey; increasing customer loyalty and drive customer advocacy and satisfaction; taking full onus of NPS score and strategic initiatives.

- The opportunity is best suited for an expert in customer experience across all digital and physical touch points
- Experience of leading CX projects, defining the roadmap, and seeing it through to successful completion.
- Change management ability (people, process and systems change) is must
- Business improvement capability - analysis of root cause and ways to eradicate customer issues
- An influencer and promoter for change
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong understanding of organisational strategy
