Cloud Infrastructure Management:

- Design, deploy, and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using best practices.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

- Optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Lead and mentor engineering teams specialized in DevOps and AWS technologies.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.

- Drive hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives for engineering staff.

Technical Leadership:

- Provide technical guidance and expertise in AWS architecture and services.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling.

- Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, deployment, and operations.

Security and Compliance:

- Implement and maintain robust security measures and practices across cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in cloud operations.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

- Establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms for AWS cloud services and applications.

- Monitor system performance and optimize infrastructure for scalability and reliability.

- Analyze monitoring data to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

- Manage budget allocation for AWS services and infrastructure, optimizing costs while maintaining operational efficiency.

- Plan and allocate resources effectively to support business objectives and growth.

Vendor Management and Partnerships:

- Manage relationships with AWS and other technology vendors to stay informed on new services, features, and best practices.
