Director - Credit Risk - Unsecured Consumer Lending - BFS

Opening: Director - Credit Risk (Unsecured Consumer Loan)

Reports to: CEO

Location: Delhi

Budget: 65 - 75 LPA + up to 20 % Equity

Attributes:

- Experience of at least 10 years in financial services

- 3+ years in developing credit assessment and risk models for "unsecured consumer lending"

- Covered a few cycles from loan origination to full collection

- Strong entrepreneurial drive

- Graduate or post graduate degree in finance, accounting or statistics from a premier institute

Responsibilities will include:

- Developing innovative credit assessment and underwriting models using data from disparate sources

- Minimizing time from origination to approval and finally disbursement given the use case

- Build and manage a small team of risk analysts to iterate over the model
