Job Description :
- Work closely with product, marketing and partnership teams to develop data driven strategies that will drive growth, profitability
- Manage and develop 4-7 analysts. Coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent
- Drive step-change improvements in success of product features, new offers launched and marketing campaigns by rigorous monitoring and impact analysis of past decisions
- Create the right A/B testing framework to take optimal decisions backed by data
- Identify business and customer value-add of decisions to help product, marketing and partnership teams in prioritization
