1. POSITION OBJECTIVE:
To assist and monitor day to day free flow of operations activities, covenant tracking and other assigned actives & liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Handling Pre & Post disbursement Documentation:
- Coordinating with the Lenders and handling documentations for Loan & capital market transactions.
- Act as an interface with other teams, for example, liaising with treasury and ensuring all issues are resolved in an extremely timely and efficient manner
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of processes and procedures according to organisational objectives bring out process improvements.
Compliance of Sanction Terms:
- Timely follow up and tracking the covenants based on the sanction terms and update
Coordinating and Completion of Transaction Related Audit:
- Timely Coordination and completion of various audits for the transactions. Enhance the list of empanelled auditors with an eye on cost.
Business process Intelligence / Re engineering
- Make sure that processes are constantly improving, and participate in step-change improvement projects
- Driving process improvement initiatives on a continuous basis
- Manage projects such as analysing a system, identifying and specifying developments and improvements and coordinating the testing and implementation of new systems.
Liaise with Various Internal and External stake Holders :
- Adequacy of support and assistance by providing the required transaction related documents to internal and external stake holders in time to facilitate the required task timely
MIS:
- Submission of the timely monthly MIS &adhoc reports based on the management requirements.
- Train, recruit and coach team members
3. PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
Accurate and timely deliverables
- Driving process improvement initiatives on a continuous basis
- Strict adherence to the agreed timelines for the deliverables to various teams
- Adequacy of support and assistance all back office related support function in case of necessity
4. SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
Minimum Qualifications: CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance)
Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in NBFC, Banking Operations with Corporate Lending.
Skills:
Sound knowledge in Back office Operations with Corporate Lending, Bank Borrowings and Debt market transactions. Working Knowledge of data analysis and operation metrics.
Good computer skills
Development of Robust MIS
