Job Description - The Creative Director will take charge of leading the institute's multimedia initiatives and directing the creative team in producing high-quality content.

- Provide leadership and direction to the in-house creative team.

- Oversee the production of multimedia content that aligns with the institution's brand voice and educational objectives.

- Collaborate with various departments to identify content needs and develop effective strategies.

- Manage the school's content calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Establish and maintain quality control and consistency in all produced materials.

- Guide the team in exploring and implementing innovative content production techniques.

- Monitor industry trends to keep the institution's multimedia content current and relevant.

- Manage the department budget and resources effectively.

Profile:

A successful candidate should have:

- At least 10 years of overall experience in content production and team leadership.

- Open to Hyderabad as a location.

- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the non-profit or educational industry.
